Paul is a highly skilled tradesman who knows what he is talking about, I have used him on numerous occasions for work and recommended him to a lot of clients. Paul surveyed are damp related problem in our bungalow. He was thorough, professional and diagnosed the issue, explaining why it was not rising damp. He offered a straight forward cost free solution which saved us a lot of money! He was very easy to deal with and extremely helpful providing evidenced based feedback. Don't get ripped off by rogue "experts"- Paul is a qualified surveyor and we thoroughly recommend him!
