Item missing from coil-overs I ordered, due to a packing issue at manufacturers. Just human error. The issue was quickly rectified and I received the item within less than 24 hours. Excellent customer service from both venom and the manufacturer!
2 week waiting time turned into 2 and a half months to receive my suspension parts. You completely ignored all my emails i genuinely think this was the worst company i have dealt with. Disgraceful. Please do yourself a favour and order from a reliable supplier.
Shocking "service." Cannot list things correctly on ebay and then blames the customers and doesn't offer to help whatsoever. Plus not to mention you have to wait well over a month for certain products
Ordered a suspension kit that “arrives ready assembled and ready to fit to your car” with pictures of full front assembly. Received 4 springs and 4 dampers. Called and fobbed off, told they’re stock images / generic description which is ridiculous. Emailed to have verified what should be in the box. No reply. Spent £1124 on a VXR Cobra exhaust system, (ordered 10th oct, arrived 28th oct). There were missing welds around the centre section mating flanges which was letting exhaust gas out, i reported the defect to Venom who advised me to open a case to receive a partial refund to have the welding finished up myself. Because they didnt respond to the returns case, ebay closed it. They came back and said cobra want the exhaust returning, understandably.
