Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, there was no annoying music Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her

Was the waiting area spacious? Yes Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Yes, it was in a safe enough neighborhood Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Yes, they seemed very qualified Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? I was left alone for a while, but it wasn't too long

No, they were on time Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? No, they take every concern of mine seriously Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? No, they were able to provide everything they said they would

Are you confident that this provider will continue working with you until a solution is reached? Absolutely! I'm confident they will work hard to find the best solution for me Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Absolutely! I can always count on them

Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this provider's office? Yes Does this provider treat every client equally? Definitely, they make everyone feel equally respected and cared for Did this provider have bad breath? Not at all, I didn't notice a smell. Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, they were immaculate! Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Absolutely, they were an expert!
