none – Have eaten here twice. Best food in Denver, or has ever been in Denver for that matter. Comparable to fine food in New York city, SF etc.

great wine,great ambience – one of the best wine list in Denver, a bit pricey though. Ambience is great and romantic Food is above average.

For Serious Wine-O's Only – Adega proved to be an excellent place for dinner (outstanding food), but the wine selection is for serious aficionados. Sure, the sommelier will help you -- but if you're not knowledgable about wine, you may not be happy to find that the cheapest bottles are in the $75 and up range. If you can ante up, Adega's a great place for a date; but for a wine place more accessible to the novice, go around the corner to Trios Enoteca (but not for dinner).

Want to feel pampered? – What a concept: great food, incredible wine selection, nice music, beautiful & comfortable atmosphere and NO SMOKING!!! Can't get better than that for anyone like me who cares about their health even when they want to party. The staff is extremely well-trained and friendly, with enough hovering to serve, but not interrupt.

Everything I hoped for, but.... – Recently had dinner here for first time; was hoping the food would live up to the raves. It did. All items were great - perfectly cooked, flavors balanced, beautifully plated. Wines by the glass were impressive. Service was good - not as polished as the surroundings, but perfectly fine (our bus boy was exceptional). However - noise level was so high, I couldn't hear conversation at my own table. heaven on earth – Oh my goodness! The food, oh the food, it melts in your mouth. The preperation and toil exerted to make these dishes is obvoius in their rich texture and flavor. The wine list is very extensive, from every price range imaginable. This wine servers anre very helpful in selecting the perfect wine to accompany your meal. The desserts are to die for and the attmosphere is wonderful. Make sure to make a reservation, though, or you will have to wait for a table, even on the slow nights.

Get it Together – On a recent return to Adega, I sensed that they were finally getting their service act together. There was good communication between management and service staff and food was coming out of the kitchen in a timely fashion. However, the kitchen was sending out less than stellar eats. Some dished were right on, but some were so heavily salted I doubt that anyone tasted for seasoning before sending it out of the kitchen. Unbelievable! – I had read the reviews before going to Adega and was worried since they were so up and down. It was one of the best meals I have ever had and I have eaten all over the world. The service was fabulous, the food was incredible and the decor was great. We left feeling very satisfied and I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who would like a nice meal in Denver. I wish there were more restaurants like this in town.
