Definately 5 star service. They work very hard, and always very helpful. They reply messages very quick and efficient. Also they refunded the deposit in full, which was incredible. Can't really say more about them, but they should be your top consideration.
I've been in one of their properties for almost 2 years, never had a problem and when there was an issue, they always sent someone to fix it. Properties might not be the newest, but that's London. Their rent prices are fair compared to other agencies
They book appointments and not attend them
