Worst customer service! Do not recommend going here they messed up my nails told me two times that I could come in and get them fixed when I came in the owner told me she couldnt fix them.
First off, they don't accept gift cards from other locations, which o didn't find out until the end of a Mani/pedicure. second, after I was done and waiting for my nails to dry, I had no view of a clock from where I was sitting. I guessed at when 10 minutes had passed and completely destroyed my fingers while putting on my shoes. I go to the Venetian when I am in town visiting my aunt. I have never had bad service. This last trip on Monday, I had Hong for my pedi. What a pleasure it was. Hong is very personable and also makes sure you enjoy the entire experience. I was super relaxed by the time I left. Give Hong a raise...he definitely deserves it in my eyes. What a wonderful experience I had.
I got my eyebrows microbladed by Kim. She did the BEST job. Nancy helped me coordinate how to get my eyebrows done. Highly recommended!!!! Love them so much!!

I love this place!! I’ve been going for about a year now getting dip powder from Kelly & she always does an amazing job! My mother just got microblading done on her eyebrows here today and I wish I could share a picture with my post because it’s phenomenal!! They did such a great job, they look so natural and they look like her real hairs! I totally recommend Venetian for any kind of work but they are very talented with the microblading!!! (Look in comments for before and after pics)

I went today for the microblading with Kim and fell in love with my brows. I was so nervous going in and the end result far exceeding the highest expectation I had! Would totally recommend it! Thanks Kim, Nancy & Venetian!
