I have had 3 not so great experiences at this salon. The first time was when I requested my ingrown toenails be removed. My pedicurist didn’t speak English and had to have someone else do it for him. She pulled more than just the toenail out and both big toes were sore when I left. Three days later, both big toes were seeping with infection. I haven’t even actually been to this salon, but I just called twice to try and make an appointment for a pedicure and sat on hold for almost 10 minutes each time after being spoken to like I was an ignorant inconvenience. If the customer service is this awful on the phone, I can’t imagine that the experience within their salon is much better. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.
I went here because my usual spot was hit by the tornado. I will not be back. 1st I had to choose a different color because they didn't have the color I originally chose which would have been fine if the color actually looked like it did on the samples. I picked a glitter accent to go with tge color I picked, well because the color on all my other nails wasn't the same as it looked on the samples the glitter no longer matched.
