TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT! Luke is a joke He allows his employees to FIGHT in front of customers. He is extremely unprofessional and should not be running the place. He hangs up on you on the phone The fact he allows his employees to scream in front of people and laugh is terrible! I sat there for 3 hours and my nails look terrible.
Lovely nails, but my 17 year old daughter went in and was completely taken advantage of, she was charge for cuticle cutting and her nail shape. And for short/ medium nails the total was 102!!! Don’t let your kids/ teenagers go into this nail spa by themselves!
