Best nail salon in beavercreek!! Customer service is outstanding and the owners are very personable and make it point to thank you for your business! Tony has done a wonderful job taking care of my nail demands lol. He is an amazing artist with very valuable experience. Customer service is outstanding, keeps you laughing during the appointment, listens to what you want and delivers on exactly that! A true assist to Venetian salon!
I walk in to get a pedi, they seat me and my friend. An older man who never smiles comes up and says you can't sit here! I say we were seated here by your person up front. He said well you can't sit here. Then he leaves all pissed off. Then... I have 2 nail colors so I open them n paint a line on the pricing menu they offer. The mean guy who left comes back and sits at my feet he says You can't write on that! So...at this point, I say. You aren't doing my pedi!. He walks away. Rude? Yes! Was I compensated? No! Nathan did a great job today on my nails! I absolutely love them 🥰🌈
The experience itself wasn’t bad, but literally less than 3 hours after my polish on my toes was soft and scuffing off. For a $45 pedicure I thought it’d last longer than a day. I even sat under the dryer for 30 minutes waiting on my friend.
WORST salon ever! Terrible pedicure service and even worse customer service. The manager refused to take my calls and Nancy, the owner, flat out would not respond to my emails. Very unprofessional!!
I always go to the Venetian to get my nails done and I always get powder because of how well they hold up, I just went on Monday to get them done for vacation and they chipped and I haven’t been hard on my nails so I’m disappointed because usually they are always good, but now I have a chipped nail on vacation😕
RecommendedI have always had a good experience here. The last few times I have been going to Harry and he is awesome he always makes sure I am satisfied which I appreciate.
my daughter was here last night for nails 2 days before her wedding. cuticles cut and bleeding. went in today would only reimburse half of cost on gift card. never again. they just lost 6 clientsnnwould not reimburse . pictures will be awful
