Got my nails done on Friday for a wedding and when I left they looked like they had already been grown out a week. I had the tech fix them once when she missed the corner and she still didn’t get the whole nail painted.
not happy with the service lilly she was on her phone most of time I got a pedicure and a fill- in the other works notice she was on the phone so they said something to her in there Language then it seems she was mad so she start rushing so I didn't tip her
The past two times I have attempted to get my nails done here have been awful! Rude service! They have on their services that they do pink and white full sets... but then today I was told they only do dip powder. And when my friend called to ask, they said yes they do them! So which is it? I will never be back nor will I recommend them to anyone.
RecommendedTai did such an amazing Dip job on my nails and a fabulous pedicure ! So glad I got him as my nail tech!
Very friendly staff and they did a great job
Made an appointment for my daughter and I to have a pedicure before we went on vacation. Made the appointment almost 3 weeks an advance. Got there and they had no appointment and waited 40 minutes. Ended up just leaving. Was going to plan my daughter birthday party her but now I will not. Sad to because always heard good things about this spa.
I used to love going to this salon for dip manicures and pedicures. The quality of their services have declined significantly in recent month. This afternoon, while choosing a nail color, a worker shoved me out of the way so he could get something from the shelf. He did not say “excuse me” or even acknowledge or apologize for pushing me, leaving me, and the other women who witnessed this, shocked. I will not be returning to this salon again.
