The customer service was outstanding, they were able to cancel my appointment last min and instantly gave me a call the next day when someone else canceled. they walked me through what they did to the car and what the number and such meant and they were time efficient. They have a gorgeous lounge area to wait and they offer shuttles as well. Though the prices are comparative to other shops i would definitely get service done here again and again.
Charlie was great and so far all code lights are off on the dash. The head mechanic did the work on my 2013 diesel 3500 Pick up. My only complaint is with GM. How could they not have a simple brake part in continuous manufacture. Ludicrous. I ended up with a used part and my truck down for over a month because of GM. I doubt Toyota would put a customer in that same predicament.
