Do not go here then at all they will lie to you and rip you off and not pay you the right amount then for your visits then they treat you like trash and all they do is lie to you and you are always wrong and they are always right make you come in other days and visits and give you a few dollars then and not treat you at all good then and don't come here then this place does not care about your health then stay away from here then
I've tried several times to do a study with the company but never managed to pass my blood pressure check. They need to invest in better blood pressure equipment. In fact, I was just at my doctor's office prior to my screening visit, and my pressure was fine. Those handheld pressure cups do not capture your true reading. Hire a nurse and not general staff to do vitals. Finally, individuals should be compensated for their travel time and not sent packing. Gas costs at least.
I applied for the COVID study. I've been in medical studies at different times over the last 20 years, so I know how screening usually works. I let them know that I have allergies, asthma, and GERD and take medications for those. She only said that I needed to stop taking my GERD medication for 7 days before the study and 30 days after. I went to an appointment at Velocity Clinical Research (Rockville, MD) on May 5, 2025, as scheduled and confirmed in their email. The visit was supposed to include compensation, but I have not received any payment to date. I emailed them on May 5th and followed up again recently, but no one has responded.
