Excellent coffee, knowledgeable and friendly staff. If you haven't yet, try their Bunny Hop (hopped cold brew); you're in for a refreshing treat! Nicely done!
The bunny hops brew is ah-maxing! Everyone there is so nice & patient since I am new to drinking coffee, I rake forever deciding ;-)
I love this place! Everyone is incredibly inviting and the coffee is so good. It's like a hidden gem in Chattanooga.
After trying roasters from all across the U.S., I stumbled upon Velo about two years ago. No matter what seasonal rotation they offer I always find a couple of go to beans for my daily grind. Super nice and informative staff and really great coffee.
