Experienced Velo for the first time yesterday. Their espresso machine was down, so I didn’t get to try a cortado like I hoped. However, the barista made a great suggestion in lue of the cortado, a pour over with the Buenos Aires. It was easy to tell that both the beans and my pour over were made with love and care. Can’t wait to come back!
The guy is knowledgeable and the iced coffee I got was pretty good but the beans I took home were excellent. I'm an a bit of a coffee snob and I have tried many different coffees but this Buenos Aires coffee from El Salvador that he roasted 2 days ago is the best coffee I have ever had. My wife agrees. She only wants coffee from here from now on.
Wonderful coffee. Solid. Well roasted. And the Espresso bar is exactly what it should be.
