I purchased a pre owned vehicle from this dealership and requested some information in regards to service records on the vehicle. I sent several e-mails to Stacie but not once did she reply back. This dealership apparently gives NO SERVICE after the sale! If you by a pre owned vehicle that is not a ford, BEWARE!
Love my Ford Escape and the customer service at Velde is top notch!
