Last two times I went to Verde Ford "quick lane" for service, I was told to leave car one time and the other they couldn't do it at all that day. So much for quick lane and no appointment necessary. So I went to Palm Bay Ford, with no problems. I went yesterday, 12/5 and it was much better.
I got a 2014 ford Fiesta and I've had nothing but problem with this car.... can't wait to get rid of this car...i hate the car now
Kudos to this dealership! We are those people who were upset since we had been on the road for 20 hours and the new car broke down plus we were 1000 miles from home. Best customer service from the very nice lady who directed us to the service department to the wonderful gentleman Rhett who was so kind and patient with us. My Service Advisor - Sherry is awesome. My technician Matt took pride in my husband's truck. The Service Director Bill Minogue, always looks out for me. The staff is so friendly, even the cashier. It's a pleasure to take my husband's truck there for service, and what the nicest surprise was when I paid my bill, the cashier gave me this piece of paper to get a rebate.
I was in the car business for 17 years. Velde does everything right! Sandy and Tom were excellent in communication and Larry was excellent with the paperwork. The family-run business and atmosphere is refreshing. I highly recommend Velda Ford.
