The car show was great. My 15 year old son wants to become a mechanic when he gets older and I hope you get good advice from my cousins who work for Velde Ford.
Good for under warranty work BUT they do not have a large inventory. As much as we like FORD, I doubt we would ever buy there.
Worst customer service from the "service" department I've ever encountered. You've lost a loyal customer that bought his last four vehicles from you.
We bought a pre-owned Ranger from here years ago. A part on it that is difficult to find was in need of repair. I bought a kit from Advance Auto that was supposed to fix it. I took both to the Service Department and as a courtesy to me the Service Manager had one of the techs try to put it together for me. It ended up not being what I needed but they went above and beyond to try to help me! Velde Ford has definitely earned future business from my family! Thank you!
