I recently had the "Works" performed on my SUV at Velde Ford. My experience was very good. I was met by a super friendly and helpful Service Rep who explained everything to me. I was able to wait in a comfortable customer lounge and either watch my vehicle being worked on or watch TV. I was out of there in less than 1 hour. The ladies in the cashier's office were very nice to me and explained my bill to my satisfaction and showed me the discounts I had on file. This was a great experience.

I love doing business with a Family owned and operated business, much more so than an auto-mall/chain or corporate run business. The showroom is spacious and clean, the staff is very friendly, relaxed and helpful. I recommend this local dealership for sales, service, auto-body and parts.

Called to make arrangements for a repair staff never got back to me. Three days later called and left message for service manager to call me back. Still 3 days later no return call. Nonexistent service at this dealership.
