Also got the best deal other Ford dealerships would not even come close. Everyone was friendly and polite. Joe was in communication with me every step of the way. I had 10 Ford Vehicles. One of them, a 2016 Motorhome had an airbag light, and although the local Ford dealer (Velde Ford) does not service motorhomes (they don't have a lift big enough) I asked them if they could read the code to see if it was safe to drive it to the dealer in Orlando. They told me in a very rude tone "We don't service motorhomes" I told them "I know, I don't want you to service it, just wanted you to read the code to see if I can drive it safely to a dealer that can" they told me "Go to Autozone. Seriously the BEST experience I’ve ever had when it comes to car service!! Frank in the service department is “The Bees 🐝 Knees”!! He is always so happy and funny. Makes my heart smile. Exceptional service. I bought my Flex from Velde and have had it serviced there regularly. Bill, the Service Manager and the rest of the service department are always super friendly and professional. I highly recommend!
Liars. They told my 91 year old WWll veteran dad, and I over the phone, that the SUV he bought was a 6 cylinder. He brings it home and its a lousy 4 cylinder! We go back and they say "Too bad". The general manager Wayne hung up on me when I called. Terrorable experience. Liars and cheats. $1000 to wash the car!
I've had the misfortune of having to deal with Velde for over 25 years. From the service department being unable to adequately fix the most simple of problems and making inexcusable mistakes later blaming the customer for picking up the car and trusting the 'professionals' did their job properly, all the way to the sales department that routinely lies, misleads and disrespects customers.
