Viewed an Audi Q8 from this seller recently. The vehicle was advertised as the cheapest on AutoTrader at the time at £34,995, but it had a missing key (a security risk) and past MOT advisories, including a fractured wheel and worn brake pads. The seller claimed all issues had been fixed but was only willing to knock £250 off the price, despite these factors. Excellent service from Andy in sales, very helpful and informative. Really competitive price. Stephanie in admin was great helping with all the paper work and the after sales support from Robert in customer service was second to none. Fantastic from start to finish. Would highly recommend
Wouldn't recommend Vehicle Consulting. They say whatever they can to get a deal over the line, then leave you hung out to dry when trying to get them to stick to agreements. Further they tend to credit check when promising not to. They currently have a Data Protection Commissioners investigation looking into their practices going through currently. The attitude of the MD is to have sloppy shoulders and ignore the problem. I would recommend avoiding them at all costs.
