Spoke to a very rude girl on the phone who was totally clueless.. Would never deal with these people again.. 1 star is too much for this company…
I had my car, a Renault Mégane repaired a few months ago. Held off having the repairs carried out, in hindsight I shouldn't have waited. They arried out the work professionally, efficiently, and my car now looks amazing.
I cannot fault the service that Vehicle Concepts provides. Organising the repair was efficient and the team were friendly. The pick-up service was punctual and professional. The courtesy car was in great condition and met my needs perfectly. The repair only took one week. I chose to collect my car and this process was quick and easy and the team were very friendly. And most importantly, the repair of my vehicle has been completed to an excellent standard.
