It’s obvious they are selling items without proper checks or standards. We have already filed a complaint with the regulator to investigate their practices. Avoid this store—they don’t issue receipts and sell incomplete products, which they clearly source from questionable places. There are no proper documents for their goods.
One star I bought a toy here a few days ago, and it turned out to be incomplete and very poor quality. When I went back to the store to request a refund or replacement, they refused to help, claiming the missing part was my fault. They didn’t give me a receipt at the time of purchase, and when I asked them to check other sets for comparison, they said, “This was the last one.” So they knowingly sold a faulty product.
