I rented a room a 34 Stretton Way from them, it was a box room in a house filled with mould and mess, there was no presence of a landlord at all. I tried to return the keys but they ghosted me and kept my £750 deposit
Great service, very easy and quick process. Demitiris managed to sort me a fantastic property very promptly.
This is honestly the worst company I have ever used. Ignored my call on move in day, ignored me when complaining about blood stains on my mattress (that did get sorted within 2 days however), ignored messages on “Arthur” about issues within the house and even ignored me the day I tried to give the keys back. Their job is to do right by their tenants and by landlords yet seem to care very little. I will never be using them again.
Very bad company don't respond don't maintain property when things go wrong they are by far the worst group going very recommended not going with then
