It is no coincidence that the 3 reviews on this company before mine are all stating how poor they are. My experience with VDE Inventory is no different - the check-in report and check-out report could not have been more different if they tried. Sparkling clean on check-in, even though it wasn't and we had to clean. Check-out was over 3 times the length, at over 150 pages long, and despite leaving the property in a more clean state than when it was taken on, it was deemed 'not clean and no further comment would be made on the... read more
1 star too much. Best careful when these guys are asked to do a inventory They work for Landlord and will screw U over by as much as they can. Knight Frank should be ashamed to use these people. I'm sure there are kickbacks
Do not use this company they work with a landlord and steal your money. They over exaggerate the amount of damage when there is none just to take your whole deposit.Do you not use them or take any flats from them.
Avoid this company if possible!! They provide inventory services on behalf of landlords/estate agents and operate on the basis of being heavily biased towards the landlord/agent. I am a landlord myself and I have never experienced bias like it. They will issue a 100% clean check-in report and on exit will go through the property in extraneous detail, highlighting the smallest possible items.
