I would give 0 stars if possible - it is clear that this company works exclusively to extort additional money from tenants for the landlord. Citing that a full tenancy clean was required (despite having cleaned the flat head to toe prior) but explicitly stating that 'no further references will be made to cleaning' in the check out report is clearly deceptive and elusive. Avoid at all costs

this agency is an absolute scam. Knight Frank should be ashamed to use them. but they both share 0 professionalism or ethics. they clearly indicated how dirty the bath tub and kitchen stove were and yet deducted in the report that "the flat was overall clean". their own pictures clearly indicate the opposite. It is no coincidence that the 3 reviews on this company before mine are all stating how poor they are. My experience with VDE Inventory is no different - the check-in report and check-out report could not have been more different if they tried. Sparkling clean on check-in, even though it wasn't and we had to clean. 1 star too much. Best careful when these guys are asked to do a inventory They work for Landlord and will screw U over by as much as they can. Knight Frank should be ashamed to use these people. I'm sure there are kickbacks
