Would you like for doctors to leave you out of making decisions about your body? Do you enjoy people not providing you crucial information about your medical care? If you love it when doctors feel that knowledge concerning your health isn't worth sharing with you, I highly suggest VCU Medical Center. This was a heinous experience and not worth the 3-hour drive to what I was assured was quality care.
THEY WILL OVER CHARGE YOU FOR SERVICE EVEN IF YOUR INSURANCE IS WITHIN THERE NETWORK...WOULD NEVER DO ANOTHER SURGERY @ MCV EVER AGAIN!
I THINK THAT I WOULD NOT PUT MY LIFE IN THE HANDS OF STUDENT DR. ID RATHER GO TO SPECIALIST FOR ORGAN PROBLEMS. I TRIED TO TELL MY SISTER THIS BUT NOW ITS TO LATE AND SHE PASSED AWAY HERE AND I THINK INEXPERIENCED STAFF PLAYED A PART IN IT.

My boyfriend is currently here in critical care & the staff has been wonderful! SUPER big shoutout to nurse Jean Rabb on the third floor! My girls are two & three, and don't understand Frank having to be in the hospital so we told them he has to do stay at doc mcstuffins clinic so they could make him all better. I had a portion of a sewing needle stuck in my foot from walking barefoot. I had seen 3 doctors during those 3 weeks, and they seemed like they didn't want to mess with it. So I spent 3 weeks with a long piece of a sewing needle deep in the bottom of my foot. The last doctor I had seen said to just wait, but waiting just made the pain worse.
