I got a mammogram done it was fast and painless. I was in and out in about 30min

I went to MCV on Friday round 7:30p.m and left out there at 11. I was never seen I walked out I was not going to sit another hour without being seen. I will never go back there for myself. But the children's part I love them they are awesome � when it comes to my babies.
VCU ER IS SO HORRIBLE THEY HAVE YOU WAITING FOR HOURS, THEY DONT TELL YOU NOTHING. I SAW THE ER FLIPPED 3X BEFORE THEY SAW E A CONGESTED HEART FAILURE PATIENT WAITING FOR OVER 4 HRS. DONT COME TO THE ER HERE
All people do is complain about the bad...the GOOD MUST BE SPOKEN OUT ABOUT...HENCE...MY SPEAKING UP. My first visit to pain management...not good. But VCU took care of THAT issue. My husband has fourth stage lung cancer and was treated by MCV Radiology at Mechanicsville, the Doctor, nurses, and techs were professional. My complaint ls with the VCU financial assistance. They insisted on having all the pages of our bank statement which included copies of our checks with the account numbers on them. They said I had to give them all our personal information or they wouldn't help us. They were very rude and cold hearted. Awful service do not care about your well being only your payment. They will take garnish your tax money. Yes, even if you're a struggling disabled transplant patient this happened to me!
