My entire experience has been absolutely wonderful so far. Everyone involved has been fantastic!
A very busy place but very good! People are nice and respond well. Patient care is excellent.
I have had nothing but extremely nice and helpful people take care of me over the last 4 years since I first received my diagnosis of uterine cancer. Dr. Chafe performed my surgery and I still see him for my checkups. He has always treated me with respect and compassion and readily answers my questions. The Radiation Oncology Dept was wonderful while I was undergoing my treatments. All of the staff that I had dealings with were very compassionate and helpful. When I first got there I had to wait but as soon as I got to the back they was doing what they had to do and was caring
The ER always does everything they can to get me in to see the doctor, take x-rays, run bloodwork, or whatever needs to be done for a preliminary diagnosis and speeding up the proces of seeing a specialist when necessary. I hate that the hospital is almost a two-hour drive from my home but they are the only teaching hospital in the region with a financial aid program to help those with no income and means of acquiring insurance. Love VCU. ❤❤❤
I am very pleased with the service I receive at VCU Health
We was transferred here yesterday. Everything was fine but parking was crazy�. I waited 30 mins for valet parking because garage was full.The security helped me find parking but im scared to move. met some friendly staff and doctors here...The Doctors actually listen to our concerns..that was great! They introduced my to The Doorways which is great it made me cry..im grateful.�
All Of My Experiences With The Hospital & Staff Have Proven To Be Very Caring And Professional!
The nurses in the ER should change jobs if they can't deal with people that come through that door they shouldn't be down there they treated me as if I was some kind of dope attic when I walked in there one of the nurses even grabbed me by my arm she's one lucky b**** I can tell you that but once I got up on the floor where I need to be the nurses was so good to me is so sweet took very good care of me the food that the hospital was delicious hospital was very clean but like I say nurses that at the ER when you go into the d... read more
