Since VCU Health took over Colonial Heights ORTHOPEADICS billing they are incapable of doing their job. They were told over & over not to charge under my husband’s name as I WAS THE PATIENT NOT HIM, yet it’s easier for this one person to be rude to me & the Tricare Benefits Advisor & keep sending me new bills & threatening me with collection.
I went to the ER to get a chest x-ray Tuesday. They told me I can get the results online through the patient portal. Created one but said More Information Needed. Called the listed number 2x and left messages but no one has called me back or send me an online invitation to move forward with my account. I’m sick and my doctor needs to see the test results! Please!!!!!... it’s been more than 48 hrs and I still haven’t gotten my test results!!!! Lousy hospital!!!!

Took a COVID-19 test over a week ago, and have not heard back when I was told that I would hear something within 4-5 days. It’s day 8 and all I get when I call is blind transferred, hung up on, or told that someone will call me back...never happens. Highly disappointed with the amount of care and compassion they give their patients.
