Firing Scott Burnett would be a start, getting a replacement who has a sense of urgency and one that will fix bad problems in the ER, I do have a complaint about an issue. I will never use VCU again, will go to Henderson, NC before VCU. The executives need to do their jobs, so many people have turned against VCU because of ER. Judy Ryan Lewis, Bracey, VA 434-636-2688

RecommendedFriendly and awesome! From the therapists to the staff I love this place. My son has been a patient for about 8 years. He's seen various therapists there for physical, occupational, and speech with great results.
The inexperienced Management that is in the Dermatology building that doesn't help out with staff when there is a problem that needs to be addressed.
Excessive wait times. Every appointment I have I sit here for well over 2 hours. Terrible all the way around.
