Our dog was missing and potentially got hit by a car. We called to ask if a dog had been brought in and hit by a car. The lady on the phone, her name was Gabbie, said rudely "No, but if your dog did get hit you will have to come in and be responsible and pay it for it." All she cared about was the money and not at all about a dog getting hit. she didn't offer to call us back if one turned up - and he did turn up there 30 minutes later where he was then euthanized after we arrived and said goodbye.

RecommendedWe have been going to this vet hospital for many years. All of the staff are friendly and caring. There is currently a dog-reactive dog in our house. They are very accommodating for getting her in and out for her appointments.

The staff is Amicable, The Doctors are good. It’s a bit over priced. I feel safe with my animals there. They may want you to get their product, though they are willing to explain the differences, pros and cons!! They are Reliable 4 of 5 Stars.
I was recently in with my pet Tink for his wellness exam. I didn’t feel the staff that saw my pet were knowledgeable to care for him. They also provided services for him at his last visit that they wouldn’t do this time & didn’t offer to do tests that were due under his plan. I left with paperwork that said he was due for items like labwork & fecal exam. I just don’t think you should have a wellness plan if your focus is on emergency care.
We have had a few pet emergencies handled through this vet hospital. Excellent and compassionate care each time. Staff are all wonderful. Thank you again for another life saving treatment today with Flip. You all also helped Sofie a few months ago, so let’s spend some time apart now 😁
