Very happy with the service we received today at VCA. Our cat was not feeling well and has some terrible skin problems. VCA spent lots of time with us taking her history and figuring out a good treatment for her. They did not tack on any tests or services she did not need. She is already feeling much better after her visit. Pyewacket thanks you VCA ❤️

Usually I have nothing but good to say but yesterday I was charged for shots that should've feel under the care club I pay 99$ a month for and asked when I checked in was told us they are covered then even done was told oh I'm sorry these are not covered you already got them, then why are you giving my cat the same shots twice in 3 months. ... but the lady at the desk was amazing she helped figure or out and did refund part of my payment but still was so confused as to why I'm paying if your going to charge again. ... thank ... read more
This was by far way better than the Spanaway vet clinic but their prices are a little high and the receptionist was a rude when my 4 year old step daughter was having a hard time opening the door to leave and demanded that she shut it ... I'm going to continue going there because they were so sweet to my dog in her emergency but I think they need to lower their prices considering that people aren't always the wealthiest in this area.
Friendly and professional staff. Dr. McGuiness treated Max like member of his family and gave me some useful information for helping Max heal and how to prevent further complications.
The staff were very nice! Could do without hearing about work gossip. The Doctor was great!

I WANT TO BE REIMBURSED FOR THE STAT RADIOGRAPHS THAT WERE SENT OUT WITHOUT MY CONSULTATION ALONG WITH THE FACT THAT IT WAS NOT PRESENTED IN THE ESTIMATE I WAS GIVEN AND DONE WITHOUT MY CONSULTATION AND I WANT PARTIAL REIMBURSEMENT FOR THE EUTHANASIA BECAUSE EVERYTHING WAS ALREADY IN PLACE BEFORE EUTHANASIA WAS ELECTED.
