VCA was truly amazing as soon as we walked through the door! Staff was kind, the clinic was very clean, and there was little to no wait time. We maybe waited for about 5 minutes before being called for our baby’s appointment. They took Cody, our fur baby, for a very thorough exam that lasted about 45 minutes. After his exam was complete, they brought him back to us and the doctor went over everything in complete detail. She probably spent about an hour in the room with us walking us through every possibility for Cody’s elbow... read more
The staff is very friendly and understanding of your needs and very upfront about what is going on with your pets. I like the bedside Manner they show for you and your family pets.
Truly a great staff. From the moment you walk in the door you know our fur babies are in good hands. To the point that they will call you your pet’s mom or dad never the word “owner”.
