We have been taking our dog here for the last 8 weeks for Chemo treatments. Dr. Ford has been absolutely AMAZING! They make our boy feel completely comfortable and the entire staff just adore him. Capone is happy to go to his treatments and Happy to be there and that makes it THAT much easier. Having a dog with Cancer isn't easy and the road of emotions that go with it make it that much harder but just to know that he is happy going through the treatments makes the decisions my husband and I make that much easier. Very friendly & professional staff. They saved our baby Lola.
The late night staff was so caring and compassionate with my cat Salem, and dealt with me very well in turn.... they listened, took the time and helped give me all options to make rational decisions.
This place is horribly run. There were multiple vet and techs on hand, very few patients, and it took 3 hours to give our cat an exam (no tests, just look/listen), take an Xray, and give one injection. Each time we were told it would be a few minutes, we waited 45-60 min. We saw several people come to take animals home who were told "several minutes", then waited 45 min. just to get their animals. They were amazing with my dog Bella. We had no idea what was wrong with her and they did everything to find out (which they did). The care was wonderful, the doctor's stayed in touch with us and they were always available for questions and took as much time with us as we needed. I hope that we don't need to but if we do, I wouldn't hesitate to take my pets there again as I have when needed in the past. Highly recommended by Arlene, Randi, Kona and Bella (although Kona and Bellas would rather not have to be there again).
