Very difficult to take your sick puppy into a big, not so fun room at 10 at night...but here my Tuggin and I found ourselves on Thursday night. For a very not so smart reason, a molded teaspoon of dark chocolate from our local candy maker ended up in Tug's path ...a d just like us, he loved it!!! Thank God we discovered what he had done...and got him to the VCA. Once there...they took Tug in right away and fixed him up just fine. All the personnel were excellent...A++! Dr. Fleming was kind and compassionate for the puppy AND the humans! He helped my sick little puppy back to normal and is a true professional. We were there for many hours over the past two days and I observed the staff handle some "less than ideal" pet owners with much more respect that I would have been able to conjure up. :) All in all, our experience was excellent and I would not hesitate to recommend the VCA in the future.
We would like to give our gratitude to the nurses n doctors that help my Flaquita while she was there. Thank you very much!!
Excellent care and excellent staff my dog got stung by a bee and lets just say the bee won they were quick and Dr. was very good with him... 2nd time here and could come again!
