I was very pleased with the Dr Wilkins and the staff. They explained everything to me, gave me a quote before hand so I would know up front. My Charlie is a pet rescue puppy with some health issues going on. While waiting on the tests results they would bring him back to me so I could reassure Charlie I'm waiting on him and not leaving him. I have dealt with other vet places wasn't really happy with them. I will be recommending this place for all my fur buddies and family. Very expensive, not impressed with staff at all. I feel like they do everything possible to charge as much as you are willing to pay. Same service at another vet is 1/3 the price. Plus I took one of my dogs in for a nail trim and ended up dealing with kennel cough for the next 6 weeks.
We love VCA Animal Hospital West and the staff! We have been bringing Quinny here since we adopted her in September 2012!
Dr Strickland and all the staff are so kind and caring! He called me after I got home in Beulaville to answer questions too Sally is doing great!
Very friendly staff! It is set up very well, where dogs and cats have seperate waiting rooms, which provides such a calm atmosphere, compared to others in the area. The grooming prices are very reasonable, and their current groomer is one of the sweetest, and well trained I have ever met. I have worked for many groomers and kennels, and so I believe I have an eye for a quality facility. I also love the outdoor yard for kennel pets!
