Was traveling through Winston Salem for a family emergency and needed to board my sweet dog Izzy. I was able to get in right away, see the vet (who's great) for vaccines and leave her for the weekend. She seemed to really enjoy it - they have a fenced in yard in the back for them to run off some energy! Would definitely go back.
I have been taking my fur babies VAC for over 25 years. For a long time everything was great. I had no complaints, the staff and medical team were the best, I think all the bad reviews are because there has been so much turn over and the people do not have time to be properly trained then they in turn leave and they have to start over. After Dr. Eubanks retired things did change. All the medical staff has been excellent in my opinion. I too have had communioncation problems with the people at the front desk . I cant speak highly enough of VCA this was our first trip and the compassion and love Nautica and I were shown was over the top and appreciated more than I think they can know I completely trust them and recommend them to all
