Both my dogs were comfortable at new vet after we moved. Their names were listed on the board for the day. Everyone was professional and caring. We were pleased.

My dogs have been served by VCA Animal Hospital West for over a decade at least. Clean, pet friendly, convenient. Staff has always treated my animals with dignity and respect at a reasonable cost. Vets are simply awesome. Yes, Tuker and I do have a favorite. Dr. Wilkins is the best!
My dog came in for a nail trim and vaccines. While he was in the back he had a seizure or some type of episode where he went completely limp and stopped breathing. Dr. Wilkins rushed to his side and immediately took control of the situation and got his vitals up and administered oxygen. It was after closing but she kept him until she felt he was ok to go home.
