Would not recommend this place by far my dog has Addison’s and epilepsy. She’s gotten used to two different doctors there that have just up and left with no exclamation no heads up nothing. On top of that there was a lady at the front staff who’s only about money I was told my dog could get a free shot for the inconvenience of the doctor leaving if I bring the medicine & I bring the needle all they need to do is help me give it to her its her hormone shot. Since Chewy (my chihuahua) and I joined VCA we've been so greatly taken care of. Dr. Polnak and Crystal, the vet tech, have been so wonderful to us. Dr. P has gone above and beyond to make us comfortable and has taken such great care of my baby that I will never bring her anywhere else. We were so sad to hear that Crystal was leaving for she was phenomenal with us as well and we're gonna miss her dearly. The whole team is A+!! 💜🐶💜🐶💜
Dr Polnak does a wonderful job and the entire staff truly cares about your pet. I even received a call from the vet and the office manager to check on my dog. Excellent service!
We had a great first visit with Jack at VCA West today! Everyone from front desk, tech and Veterinarian were awesome!

I just lost my two oldest cats, ages 17 and 19. Within less than three weeks of each other. My 17 year old had renal failure but no one followed up to make sure her medication dose was correct. My 19 year old had all signs of heart disease, which I had no idea about, and died as a result. No one there ever recognized it and didn’t follow up on his murmur nor recognized that his wheeze or his back leg weakness was a sign. Dr. Polnak and staff are amazing!.. our bulldog LOVES going there. They are attentive, knowledgeable, experienced, and importantly kind and caring individuals that above all, look out for and put your pets best interests at the forefront. Because of Dr. Polnak’s knowledge and quick action saved our dog’s eye, and for that we will always be grateful, and will ALWAYS be clients.
