Expensive, rude, time wasting! Had a fault coming up for a while. Already got some parts changed previous taking the car to this place. Wrote down a list of things already been changed to make the things easier. Can feel they didn't pay attention what I said. Claimed they changed a part and charged me £200. (Part is only £35 so the rest is labour and vat) Next day, same fault is back. Took the car back and left it there 2 days! They told me no fault is coming up. Have used Vauxtech a number of times recently for repairs to my Vauxhall Insignia and have to say I would highly recommend this garage to anyone. My car goes in for repair and comes out a better and different car every time ! Carl or Craig as I always seem to call him and Adrian are superb, very helpful and very knowledgable and offer help when you fear the worst. As advised earlier I would recommend them to repair anyone’s car and you know you are getting a good job done to your car. Highly recommended ….5* service
