This practice, and Dr Fard in particular, have shown a worrying lack of care for patients. From reading other accounts, it’s clear many patients share the same experience. By failing to provide timely, accurate support and refusing to take responsibility when mistakes are made, the practice is directly worsening health outcomes and pushing people back onto the NHS when they could otherwise have accessed private care. This behaviour is unacceptable and should be investigated.
