We have used Frankie in the past and he delivers every time. We used him this time to put a roof light in our garage, which he had previously re-roofed, and to clad the front of the house, see photo. He did a brilliant job again, so much so that several of our neighbours have commented on how good it looks. We would highly recommend them for all your roofing and cladding needs.

Frankie was brilliant from start to finish. He quoted me a fair and reasonable price for fantastic work. He was reliable and turned up when he said he would! I am so pleased with my new flat roof and so glad I choose Vaughan roofing!

I have used Vaughan Roofing and Scaffolding on may occasions to rectify roofing issues with my properties. Given the appropriate assessment of the job in hand, scaffolding is erected (in most cases) and works commence immediately. I have had new roofs done i.e. felt, batten and tiles along with new roof valleys, new guttering and various roof tile replacements. The work is always conducted in a professional manner, expeditiously and to a very high standard.

Frankie fitted a complete new roof to my 1960’s bungalow. The price was quite competitive, but there were a few quality issues – The rainwater goods which comprised a mixture of square-line and round systems, were leaking in several places, the bathroom extractor fan ducting was not connected, the slab insulation was badly fitted and falling from between the rafters, and finally, the scaffolding to the rear of my property was left for such a long time after finishing the job, that I was forced to dismantle it myself!
