Simply put, I've used a few accounting services and VATGlobal is the worst (I've been running my business for 15 years). Poor communication and service level, the most ridiculous thing is they couldn't even get their own invoices right. I've moved to another accountant, but I still receive letters from foreign tax authorities for unresolved matters from time to time. If you have other options, just stay away from them.

So far so good, let's see how the ongoing customer service is. Goitsimang has been great for onboarding. :D

Unsolicited emails! 8 emails received in one month with no optout / unsubscribe button. I even asked your sales agent to stop emailing me yet once again he has mailed - Verry unprofessional sales team!

So far our service has been quite good from VAT Global. They have been quite informative and helpful, especially our account manager Je’Ney de Jager. She has always been quick to respond and helped whenever she is needed. Thank you Je'Ney
