I have never dealt with such abruptness and rudeness on email. Emma was lovely at the start of the process. However, I found any dealings that aren’t dealt with by Emma stressful. I had to withdraw due to my mental health and due to having ASD. They have no process to help with this and instead demand money left right and centre. Spammed my parents with emails. this needs new management they are not professional by not helping me feel welcome and dealing with complaints all you care about is your money you need to get new stuff who are train on bullying the worst agency ever who reads this don't go with them and maintenance is not good and rude company ever to
