Poorly maintained building, security doors constantly broken, lifted being broken for over 6 months, daily parcel theft, thefts from cars, bikes stolen, the bins go in emptied for weeks. Leaks and black mould are extremely common. would never recommend anyone moves into this building.
Literally, the worst place to live in Peterborough. Full of mould and nobody takes care of it. Dangerous to live in.
The apartment block doesn't appear secure. There appear to be concerns regarding the building's upkeep and security, despite the fact that it was meant to be secured and only accessible by residents. Some apartments do not have windows in the bedroom and/or bathroom, depending on how each apartment is laid out. The entrance hallway is untidy. It needs better maintenance and security in place.
