I've been a customer for almost 3 years, since I quit smoking. The staff are very knowledgeable, polite and helpful. I want to provide a special mention to Gordon at the Stirling shop for his help today. I was running late really leaving work and phoned ahead to check the closing time. He advised me it was 6pm and I checked and realised I only had 5 minutes to get there but I knew I wouldn't make it in time.
