Verified Renter The leasing office and staff is wonderful and having loved living here. There are regular community events held by the leasing office, repairs are completed very quickly, and the grounds are beautiful.

Verified Renter Love the fact that cleaning our bldg is always going on. We are grateful for the secure parking garage. The mail and packages are well organized with timely notice of packages at mail area. The coffee /hot choc machine is outstanding.

Verified Renter Nearly a 10 yr resident. Vantage is. Bozzuto Property. Anya is a great Manager. The maintenance team is great too. All of my routine maintenance issues are usually done w/in 24 H. Pet friendly and THE best location to have a top quality, condo-like built safe luxury apt. Common areas are always clean, like magic.

Verified Renter I've lived here for more than 7 years and don't have any major problems. It does seem to take an unusually long time to repair the elevators and garage door whenever they break. Overall a great place to live. Can't beat the location.
