Verified Renter I always feel safe living in Vantage Mosaic. It’s quiet and everyone is nice and friendly. Lots of restaurants and stores to explore. The shuttle is a plus!

Verified Renter Vantage Mosaic is a beautiful place to be. Extremely clean at all times. Court yard w/pool is maintained beautifully. Maintenance problem?? They are efficient and respond within 24 hours…no worries! Mailroom/package delivery is efficient and notification when your package(s) arrive. Parking is secure and clean. Comfortable walking to and from your vehicle…I’ve lived here about 2-1/2 years and never saw someone in garage area that didn’t belong. Verified Renter Nearly a 10 yr resident. Vantage is. Bozzuto Property. Anya is a great Manager. The maintenance team is great too. All of my routine maintenance issues are usually done w/in 24 H. Pet friendly and THE best location to have a top quality, condo-like built safe luxury apt. Common areas are always clean, like magic.
