Verified Renter neighborhood is so nice and amenities are also good. very clean apartment. every weekend, you are having various cultural events such as farmers market, festival, and so on. I recommend here.
Verified Renter Staff and residents are all really nice and welcoming. The apartment is great so far. The noise is not so bad. And the best part of all is how secure it is. No one can come in without the key. I would never have moved here if it weren’t for that!
Verified Renter Vantage is obviously a nice place to live and we love our apartment. I'd like to shout out the cleaning crew who always does a great job. Having said that, living here definitely has its infuriating disappointments. The new desk staff have been mean and rude-- both in person and over email. It puts a damper on the experience and makes it feel unsafe to be on the first floor. Verified Renter Vantage Mosaic was my first apartment I moved to on my own after living with my parents for a few years and saving a lot after college. It has exactly what I was looking for that I missed from my university town. A great community, excellent location where I can walk around Mosaic for food and shopping, a movie theater, and a wonderful farmers market every Sunday. I also feel very safe here!! The building is great, clean, and relatively quiet. It seems that many people in the building have lived here for a while, which makes you feel like you’ve found the pot of gold in Mosaic! Verified Renter I love my apartment! Great location and the grounds are very well maintained. The Courtyard is beautiful and functional for gatherings. My 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment is spacious with a small balcony overlooking the courtyard.
