Verified Renter Best experience as a first-time-single-apartment renter. Vantage Mosaic has exceeded my expectations in what I look for in my immediate space and community space.
Verified Renter There is a constant drilling noise and various other construction noises on the top floor of the south building. This is not an ideal apartment complex for working from home or hybrid work situations.
Verified Renter Vantage mosaic is a lovely apartment community. The apartment is spacious, well-built and very comfortable to live in. Maintenance is very responsive and usually resolves any issues within the same day, even on weekends.

Verified Renter Vantage Mosaic is a beautiful place to be. Extremely clean at all times. Court yard w/pool is maintained beautifully. Maintenance problem?? They are efficient and respond within 24 hours…no worries! Mailroom/package delivery is efficient and notification when your package(s) arrive. Parking is secure and clean. Comfortable walking to and from your vehicle…I’ve lived here about 2-1/2 years and never saw someone in garage area that didn’t belong. Verified Renter So far so good, I wish they would do something about the rent increase for residents who have been with the community for 5 years. The amenities are great and living in mosaic is extremely convenient.
