Verified Renter Lovely! The staff are so pleasant. Great neighborhood. Nice neighbors. Mosaic District is a fun place to be. Pet friendly and lots of activities for kids to keep them occupied. If you're single, you will love the restaurants and bars. Friendly people!
Verified Renter My apartment is perfect for me and it overlooks a beautifully maintained courtyard. Maintenance requests are handled expeditiously and professionally and the concierge is pleasant and helpful.
Verified Renter Location, build quality, and value are all top notch. The only reason it isn't 5 stars is that rent increases every year, the front desk staff are unfriendly after hours, and the mailroom is unusable right now.
