Verified Renter Location and amenities are so nice. But noise from Target parking lot is still remained. Other things are perfect. I recommend this apartment.

Verified Renter Building and apartment is wonderful, staff is super friendly. Only downside is the obnoxious, 'fast and furious' racecars driving down gallows road are loud!
Verified Renter Living in the Mosaic District has been fun. And living at The Vantage is great! Its convenient location makes it easy to get around. Staff is very helpful, maintenance is excellent and the building is well-kept. I highly recommend living here!
Verified Renter Vantage mosaic is a great place to live. Staff are friendly and maintenance is always fast and reliable. The street noise with loud cars can be annoying as well as the residential garage door beeping. I never hear noise from my neighbors and the resident gatherings are a nice touch. Thank you!

Verified Renter Overall nice apartment but its the little noises and disturbances are tough to ignore and will cause us to leave. The north garage is always broken, im scared to leave anything in my car due to break ins and I can always hear the gym below us
